We have delivered this property acquisition service to a number of different companies and recently acted in this capacity for Havi Global Solutions, Daiichi Sankyo who are a global pharmaceutical company and Gallo Winery, the Californian wine producer, Vivreau and Armstrong World Industries.

In the industrial market we have recently acted for Dewhurst plc and ET Enterprises and acquired new factories for them with HQ offices. Dewhurst bought their own Freehold of approximately 45,000 sq ft of space and ETE leased approximately 9,000 sq ft of offices and 25,000 sq ft of factory.
