For example, we knew the Director of Property & Facilities at Coca Cola Enterprises and that they had an expiry coming up and were not satisfied with their existing building, so we were able to present refurbishment plans to them of a 118,000 sq ft office building in Uxbridge, which led to them leasing all of it.
In the last 6 years 1.8 million sq ft of offices have been let or sold in the Uxbridge area including Stockley Park and Rose Williams were involved in arranging 33% of the transactions, by floor area.
We are currently marketing over 225,000 sq ft of offices in the Uxbridge area.
