Uxbridge and the surrounding area is home to many commercial businesses and there is always demand for both property investments and developments.

We acquire these type of assets regularly for clients and offer all the advice needed to maximise the value of them. We also market and sell them on behalf of clients and have a database of individuals, companies and institutions who wish to invest in our area.

Recently we have sold a multi tenanted investment in the High Street with retail on the Ground Floor and Office above for £1.58 million and acquired a 128,000 sq ft Office building for a client for £18 million, on which we were retained to help with the refurbishment specification and to market the vacant office space, jointly with a London agent. At the end of 2013 we were involved with the acquisition of the 157,000 sq ft office building called Charter Place for Brockton Capital, a client of ours. It has been refurbished and we are currently letting it.

In 2020 we sold Waterside House a fully let investment for £6.2M we acquired it in 2017 half empty and sold it having succesfully let the vacant space.
