Mark Rose acts for one of the largest groups of Estate Agents in London and the South East. As well as being responsible for advising on acquisition and disposals of these premises he deals with their Rent Reviews and Lease renewals.

Simon Williams has nearly 40 years experience with rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations, where his legal training, FRICS qualification and market knowledge is of great assistance. He has also been regularly appointed by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to act as Arbitrator and Independent Expert in rent review Disputes. Currently he is acting for Xerox in respect of their HQ rent reviews on 3 Offices totalling approximately 140,000 sq ft.
